Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 8 years of experience in shaping and implementing marketing strategy
- Channel and consumer marketing experience is required
- Must be customer focused and results driven.
- Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution skills
- Strong program management skills
- Experience working in a matrix managed, global company
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines, while working with decentralized teams in an international environment.
- Availability for required travel, approximately 10%, primarily within U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years’ related experience
- Social media marketing experience desired
- Experience in high growth, entrepreneurial, start-up work environments a plus.
