Child Passenger Safety Week is September 14th – 20th and September 20th is National Seat Check Saturday. In Honor of this day the Car Seat Technicians from the Newton Police Department will be performing installations and inspections for all parents, grandparents etc., who would like their child carseat inspected. There is no fee and there will also be a handful of free carseats available for families in need. The Installations and Inspections will be performed on Saturday from 8:00 am -11:00 am at the War Memorial Drive located at Newton’s City Hall
