If so, this presentation will provide beginner and intermediate runners with the tools to develop a program for a sound running foundation. Learn tips on developing smoother and more efficient running and get help with meeting your training goals.
A Quick Guide to Preventing Common Injuries

Presented by Tess Townsend, Physical Therapist at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. No matter how many years you have run, your mileage or terrain, minor running injuries are bound to curb your running at least once. Learn about common running injuries, simple ways to assess your risk and the prehab exercises you can do to avoid letting a little twinge turn into a big problem.
