I started a small business when my first son was an infant. I had originally decided to stay at home, be involved in the schools and volunteer in my community and while I loved doing all that I realized I needed something more—something flexible where I could be in the professional world and earn a bit of money.

Heather Steele lives in Wellesley MA with her husband and sons, ages 9 and 11. Not only is she a room parent and community volunteer, she runs a top 20 agency for W by Worth and is a Director of Business Development. Most of the time she manages to do it without losing her mind.
