So my criteria for “delivery” is that the restaurant has its own delivery service — i.e. you can order delivery directly from the restaurant. The delivery has to be executed within an hour of ordering.
I asked my mom friends for their favorite delivery restaurants and, to be honest, we are all in the same boat: there are not enough good restaurants that deliver!
